They were professional overall, and I felt like they knew what they were doing. That said, communication was a little slow at times, which was frustrating since I was trying to make sure I was getting good value for what I was paying. For the price, I would’ve appreciated quicker updates, but the experience was still okay overall...

"Not the easiest site to get around"
I spent a bit of time on GT Distributors trying to find what I needed, it wasn’t the smoothest experience. The site feels a little clunky in places, and a few pages took longer to load than I expected.
The product info is there once you dig around, so I can’t say it’s totally unusable, but it definitely takes more clicks than it should. I got what I needed in the end, so I guess it works, but I wish it were a little easier to navigate.

I ordered from gtdist.com and the quality was better than I was expecting. Everything just felt sturdy and worked fine right out of the box. The packaging was okay too, nothing fancy, but it just did what it needed to do. I’m going with 4 stars because one of the items had a small mark on it, but it wasn’t really a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with what I got.

"Easy Order and No Stock Issues"
I was relieved to find that gtdist.com actually had the items in stock. A couple other sites claimed they had them and then canceled my order later, which was frustrating. On this site, I found what I needed quickly, the stock seemed accurate, and my order went through without any hassle. Simple experience overall, and I’d definitely recommend giving them a try

I ordered through GT Distributors and the payment part was easy. I used my card, and the confirmation showed up faster than I expected.
At first I was kind of waiting for some weird error or maybe a second charge to pop up, but no, actually it all went through cleanly. Nothing confusing, no extra steps, just paid and done.
It wasn’t anything flashy, but that’s kind of what I want with checkout. For the payment experience alone, I’d say it deserves 5 stars.

"Pretty solid selection, honestly"
I wasn’t really expecting much, but gtdist actually had a lot more products than I thought they would. I found a couple things I’m sure I couldn’t find on other sites, and comparing the different options was simple enough. Overall, it seemed like a good selection, and I’d probably use it again.

"Looked exactly like what I expected"
I was just hoping it would show up looking like the pictures, and it did. The colors and little details matched what I saw on gtdist, so I didn’t have to deal with any annoying surprises when I opened it. For me, that’s a win.

I ordered from gtdist.com and everything did show up, so that was a relief. The shipping just took a little longer than I was expecting, and the tracking didn’t update very quickly, which had me wondering for a few days if everything was okay. In the end, my order arrived fine, but I would’ve felt better with more consistent updates along the way. Not a bad experience, just not the fastest or most reassuring one.

I had a small issue with it, which was annoying and made me assume I was going to get stuck dealing with a bunch of hassle. Thankfully, warranty support handled it really quickly and didn’t give me the usual runaround. I was expecting the worst, but they sorted it out fast, so I ended up happy with them.

Support did end up helping me out, so I’ll give them credit for that. My usual shortcut is, if the first reply takes a while, I assume the whole process is going to drag, and that was kind of the case here. Not bad overall, just slower than I expected

I stopped in to check on a few parts, and the staff was helpful. I did end up waiting longer than I expected, though. The prices seemed fair, not exactly a great deal but not bad either. Overall, it was an okay experience, nothing terrible, but it definitely could’ve gone a little smoother
